Through data, digital resources, and thought leadership, she is building a pathway for more informed career decisions across The Bahamas.
With over 13 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, Theresa works as a logistics consultant supporting businesses with practical solutions to improve coordination, streamline processes, and strengthen overall operational efficiency. Her background in managing complex shipments, client relations, and regional logistics gives her a grounded, results-driven approach to every project she takes on.
She is also passionate about mentorship and community impact, actively guiding young people in career development, discipline, and personal growth. Theresa's work sits at the intersection of advocacy and execution — helping individuals and organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
